About Part 1

You Found My X-Cell

In this part, students form pair groups to learn about Microsoft Excel, by engaging in a game of strategy called You Found My X-Cell. After a brief introduction to spreadsheet terminology, students construct a player sheet that contains five targets built using the letter X. Each person takes a turn guessing the location of the targets by calling out a cell reference. The first student to find all the targets is the winner.
